How to order a Suitability Report
To order an on line report register as a member (no payment necessary). Existing members click here.
Once registered click on Order a Suitability Report in the menu bar. Then in Order a New Report download the appropriate fact find for completion. Once completed this can then be uploaded and submitted. Order History allows you to track the report to completion and to download the completed report.
Suitability Reports can still be ordered in the traditional way, by downloading the appropriate fact find and emailing it to us once completed.
